I was a fan of the Willis location. But I moved to College Station and it's been 7 and a half years since I've been back. Great location! I pass it when I go visit my mom in Conroe. I will definitely be back. And the birthday brownie for my daughter was delicious.

Buyer beware. Mozzarella sticks (5 skinny ones) personal 8” pizza with pepperoni and mushroom and a tea. Drum roll please $28.00. Are you Kidding me. People were sweeping and making noise all around me. To top it off guy asked if I wanted ranch, pizza sauce or both. I said both and got hit for .99 with no warning. You big bank people can keep this place I am out.

Having grown up in CT and lived and worked in NYC, I'm always on the hunt for a good pie.... I drove about 35 minutes to try this place out as the reviews and pictures seemed, promising for Texas... Hands down best pizza I've had in Texas, great sauce, great crust, nice flop, cheese was spot on, lil grease and great pepperonis flavor. I also had the garlic knots (spot on as well), garlicy and buttery with a dipping sauce. Perfect. I also like my cheesecakes (favorite in nyc is JRs if not a local spot) and the cheesecake was incredible as well that was fluffy with a nice slightly baked top and good crust. homemade chips are great too. Ill be back.....

I had a fantastic experience at Pizza Shack! What really blew me away was the level of hospitality. We were served by someone on their very first day, and you honestly would never have known if they hadn't told us.
The staff was incredibly accommodating, making sure every detail of our order was perfect and checking in just the right amount. It’s rare to find a place that trains their team so well—the service was seamless, friendly, and professional right out of the gate.
Oh, and the pizza? Absolutely delicious. Fresh ingredients, perfect crust, and served hot. If this is how they treat you on a busy shift with new staff, they’ve clearly mastered the art of great service.
I’ll definitely be back! Highly recommended.

Pizza Shack is absolutely incredible. The food is always great, but what truly sets them apart is how accommodating they are and the outstanding customer service. It’s such a fun spot for both families and date nights. We’ve been coming here for over 30 years, and we honestly can’t say enough good things. A true local gem that never disappoints!
Food was really good. Place was packed for a Thursday night. The room we were seated in had alot of toddlers there crying etc which made it very difficult to hear each other at our table. That was really the only thing negative about our meal.

Undercooked Dough & Poor Management. We brought our family here for dinner, and from our appetizer, I managed to catch the last garlic knot. It turned out to be crisp on the outside but all raw dough inside. I immediately notified our waitress, yet no one followed up or addressed the issue. At checkout, nothing had been done about the appetizer, so I asked about it. The waitress then said the manager refused to do anything because the rest of the appetizer had been eaten. We would have obviously stopped our toddler from eating it if we had caught the issue sooner. This was clearly a kitchen error, but neither the waitress nor the manager took responsibility or even communicated with us. The LACK OF CARE and accountability was unacceptable, and we will not be returning.

I am never disappointed with Pizza shack. I even forget at time how good it is and then I come and I can’t believe I don’t come more often. The calzones are the best I have ever had! The service was wonderful and our waitress was super sweet.
