We frequent Pizza Shack often but last night we had exceptional service by Brittany in the bar seating area. Our food was wonderful and she was spot on! I wanted to give her a shout out!
Also… you can never go wrong with the Chicken Cordon Bleu!!!

Service was great! The best was the cook Andrew, yes had to find out his name after eating his AMAZING food, it was like a party in my mouth! That man needs a raise! I told my husband I would marry that man just so he could cook for me. I definitely will be back with or without the husband. 😉 lol
Went for a work meeting. The pizza was the best pizza I’ve ever had! The service was great and she helped my friend find what he could eat with his dietary restrictions. Very good experience.

Waitress got our order wrong all together. Son Ordered Chicken Alfredo and received chicken parmesan. I had Soup and French dip. I also ordered a large pizza to go with a salad bar which they would not Allow me to take a salad bar to go once she realized she merge the 2 orders together and was confused. After everything was said and done , the waitress was sassy and even followed me to the door with a negative tone. I love this place but won't be back for a while. The servers error became mine because I was trying to be nice and not make a fuss. The $11 salad stayed on table untouched and not credited on my bill because of their house rules

I have been going to Pizza Shack for a very long time. Their food is good. However, their customer service and management is terrible! ! I had to wait 30 minutes for a pizza at the table, the. Restaurant was completely empty and when the pizza came out, . It had practically no mozzarella on it. I complained to the manager in a nice way and she said well that’s just too bad; the Customer is always right especially if you want them to return! very disappointing!

The waitress actually followed me to the door being sassy as we left, she got my son's order wrong... we didn't say
anything , our mistake. Because she also didn't
realize the large pizza Togo needed a salad to go.. so
when I asked for a Togo box she stated it wasn't allowed. So her mistakes became my order errors. My son wanted Chicken Alfredo and received chicken parmesan. I want ed french dip with ministry soup. Our order to go was a large pizza with a side salad.

More than a pizza joint! They have a full menu of pasta, seafood, and assorted dishes. The customer service was phenomenal!! I’m a sucker for excellent service, so this was a high priority for me. It was clean, great food, fabulous service, and a beautiful building.
