The service was the worst service my wife and I have ever received anywhere. I had an empty water for an hour. It took 25 minutes just to get our meal ordered, there were 6 tables and three waitresses. Just embarrassing.

Kelly our waitress it was great.The spinach, artichoke dip and the bread knots were delicious. The only problem we had was going to the ladies room and getting stung by a wasp. We immediately reported it to Kelly. She went and reported it to the manager Lynn and came over and asked if we were OK and we said yes, and she bought me a towel for the ice that I was using out of my glass she did have some itchy cream that she brought, but I told her that it was fine because I’ll just use the ice out of my glass.When going to pay the check had asked Kelly if they were gonna do any compensation, and she went and asked Lynn and was told that there was really nothing that she could do about it. obviously, Lynn does not have excellent customer service skills.

I did not like this. The pizza was terrible. I think they mix their cheeses. Not all mozzarella. Creamy looking. There wasn't 10 pieces if that many on my pizza. They burnt my grandson's pizza. I would not go back ever.

Have been coming to pizza shack for 25 years. Wife and I started coming when we were dating. In 25 years we have only missed coming here for our anniversary 2x both times we were out of the country. Today brought family at 7:45 pm. Took until 8:00 to get drinks. Then took another 25 minutes to get our salads . Time stamp on check is 8:24 pm Service was poor, food took a long time but the worst was when servers/ waitstaff started cleaning up around us even before we finished eating. As if trying to get us to hurry up and finish so they could close. When you spend 100$ you at least expect some decent service! In 25 years, this is the first time I can say I have ever received bad service at Pizza shack and might I say some of the worst service I have ever received in any restaurant in my life !

What a GREAT spot! Scratch kitchen, pizza is top Tier! I’d give it a Barstool 8.0 for sure! Sourdough crust is perfect, fresh toppings PLUS an entire menu of all of your Italian favorites with robust, fresh flavors! And the kids menu is spot on. Definitely get the brownie sundae! AND the staff are all so great from the moment we walked in! This is a new fav spot!

Only reason I give 2 stars is because of the gratuity being added. $10 tip to deliver half a mile away, and I have no option to adjust? That's $10 for a 3 minute drive. Give me a break.

Great food again! The 4 of us had pizza, lasagna and pasta- all the entrees were incredible. Maddie G. was the best server we’ve ever had there. Very friendly and attentive.
