Not blaming Shipleys, but my newly activated card was compromised after its first and only use at this location. Had several hundred dollars of fraudulent transactions recorded in a Krogers in Rosenberg that I now get to dispute. More of a cautionary tale to be guarded against potential skimmers. Wasn’t super thrilled with the donut selection and quality to make matters worse.

worst service i’ve ever experienced, they were extreme rude and shoved the stuff in my face. i was treated them with kindness and respect as always but they were so incredibly rude. Sparkling do-nuts next door is 100000 times better than this company… and everything was STALE

Been trying this one over and over again for about a year now. The guy who is always at the window always has an issue giving us hot and ready donuts, even when no one is in line. This is the only Shipley that has ever had an issue. Today we asked and he actually got us some. Or so we thought, we came home and they were normal donuts. The time before this we had weird green flecks in all of our glazed donuts. Don’t go to this one!! It is always subpar and terrible service. CANNOT WAIT for the one is Woodforest to open up. If you want donuts, HEB is the way!
I had the very best cinnamon roll and twist ever from this store! They were light and fluffy and not greasy! I don't know what they did differently but I was very impressed with them! I didn't usually care for donuts because they are too greasy for me but these were great! Try them out! ??
Parking: There is plenty of parking around the building.
Wheelchair accessibility: I believe they had handicap spaces marked off in front of the building for parking.

Kid-friendliness: Came here with our two zany kids and the workers were sweet and kind. Plenty of napkins available at every table.
Wheelchair accessibility: Clear ramps up to the building (from the right) next to handicap parking. Wide walking ways and hallway to counter to order and to bathroom. Only booths available but plenty of space to sit at the head of the booth and let other patrons walk around.
FedEx Guy here, the Kolaches are a must when you visit here! I got the spicy jalapeño cheese kolache, they are so delicious and soft and u like anything I’ve had before, I highly recommend, the customer service is top notch as always and the blue sprinkled donut I had well I enjoyed plenty as well!
