I got my coffee yesterday after running some errands. Allie was very helpful and provided a great customer service plus my coffee was on point. Definitely depends on the employee the customer service you receive. She is awesome.

Drink sizes wrong, threw lemon loaf in the bag taking all the icing off the top.. the ham and cheese croissant was not warmed up and had mostly cheese inside. When asked about the size difference on the drinks he shrugged and said let me see. And scoffed like we were in the wrong. Rudely handed the drink back. (Both were a size off. Only fixed one) customer service is not key or important here

I wasn’t paying attention and grabbed the wrong drink and the sweet barista (I forget her name but she has very curly hair and is always so kind) chased me down and gave me my right drink ♥️♥️ so sweet of her! 10/10 stars!

Maybe don’t close BEFORE closing?? As a barista we serve every customer until there are no more even if they show up to closing on the dot.

When you show up at 8:36pm and online hours say til 9pm but are told they stop serving at 8:30?? Why not change your hours to be 8:30 then please so people don’t drive over and be turned away.
