So incredibly rude. If you order Doordash please know the employees here will not start making your order until everyone elses orders are done first. (including people walking in 5+ minutes after your dd driver checks in). Most places will make the orders in the order they got them. They do not care about wasting your dasher's time or yours.

can you teach your employees that a CORTADO IS ESSPRESSO SHOTS. Not a full fledge coffee. This is twice now I ordered from their app and they’ve sent me a large coffee instead of espresso shots. I don’t understand how hard it is, to know the menu and make what is ordered.

I love this Starbucks - the staff is fantastic no matter how busy they are. They really make a point of knowing their customers. I have become friends with the manager and shift manager. Great place to meet friends and get some school / business work done. JP

Visited before a fishing excursion. Service was good as usual, the drinks were fine. I also got a bagel; the only choice was Everything, which is what I wanted. We used the ample parking and walked in.

I usually come to this Starbucks when dropping my kid off at his grandparents before I have to be at work. Usually they're punctual, friendly, and wonderful. I stopped by today 2/15/25 at 5:45a and there wasn't a single soul. The doors were all still locked, but the lights were all on. I checked the app as well as Google to see they've been open since 5am and you could order a drink for pickup. I figured I'd drop my kid off first and swing back around after 6am in case they were still working on opening up, since it would have been an hr after they were supposed to be open. Lo and behold, I drop my kid off and swing back around by 6:05am and there still isn't a single soul in sight. There was a car waiting in the parking lot with the lights on (I'm assuming waiting on their pickup order or something) that was still there when I came back around. By this time, the drive through is supposed to be open. I pulled up to the intercom, waiting in silence for a good 5 to 10 minutes before pulling away. I had to be at work and have NEVER, NOT been able to get my coffee before this. I frequent this location often and they're always punctual and friendly, even if it's just one person in there. Management needs to check in on their opener for today because I now have to try and work a full shift (I don't get breaks either) without any coffee!

When you have 5 employees and not a single one of them can bother to say hello or take your order, yet are gossiping, you are dealing with a team that needs training on how to treat a customer and also how to hussle. People who go to Starbucks are between appointment or traveling for work. Sensitivity training on how to work with older populations. The world dors not belong to slackers!

I’ve been to this one many times now and they are the most consistent, most polite, and helpful baristas. I’m in about my 10th trip in and they have never messed up me nor my girlfriends variations in our drinks. I worked as a barista at SBUX for 3 years and go to different ones regularly, but this one is hands down the best one I’ve been too. It’s far from me, but when I have a choice, I’m at this one every time.
