Walk in at 11:15 this morning and a young woman who works there was out side on her phone ignoring customers who were entering the store. Store did not have lettuce, ham or pickles for sandwiches. Older woman working behind the counter and I asked if she was working alone today and she just pointed outside and said she is on the clock, but doesn’t look like she is working today apparently. Walked out at 11:45 and the same young woman is still outside on her phone apparently on the clock. Between the staffing and ingredient shortages as well as flooring hazards inside the store, it’s a miracle this place is in business and obvious the owner could care less about the place

After paying, I noticed on my receipt that I was charged for double cheese on our sandwiches(which we didn’t ask for, and the employee neglected as he read back my order prior to paying), and I brought it to his attention. He said he thought we wanted it, and I explained that we didn’t, and didn’t ask for it, and that looking at the sandwiches that it didn’t look like double cheese. He said ‘well you got it,’ and that we should be ok with the charge since we got it, and went to the back at that point. This kind of service will not get return business, being charged for extras that we didn’t get, never mind that we didn’t order or ask for it in the first place. The employee was also indignant about a water cup when we asked for one (and told us we needed to buy water if we wanted it), not to mention being out of meatballs and other items that would have been the first choices.

Terrible deceptive advertising! I realize the food never looks like the picture but this is AWFUL! The first photo is their ad photo. The rest are the actual product. I ordered 1 of each. Chicken, pepperoni and double cheese. All 3 were though chewy dry dough covered in dry flour! They were terrible. Not worth $1, let alone $3! Brown star subway!

Skimpy on the meat. Not properly trained how to make a sandwich. Everything thrown in the center and folded up. Lady was pretty rude. I worked at subway before and this is completely unacceptable.

I'd give this place 0 stars if I could. I stopped going to Subway months ago, because they were almost always out of ingredients and couldn’t make a lot of items on the menu. So, this is the first time I’ve been in there in a while and the lady in front of me got the last wrap, so I couldn’t order the Chicken wrap that I wanted. Then I get to the register and they tell me they’re out of ice. The sandwich I got was so bad I ate less than half of it before throwing it in the trash. This was definitely the last time I will ever go to Subway.

Walked in to a welcome. Manager is very friendly and good with people. Makes sure she gets your order right. I got a 6 inch tuna I wanted it toasted with the cheese. I have not been asked if I wanted the tuna toasted to because it was gonna be warm. I liked that she asked.

I came in today around 6 pm to see a lady screaming at two young employees who were obviously frightened. Once demanded one employee called the manager on her PERSONAL phone... what kind of store doesn't have a phone? Judging by what happened the manager did nothing to help the employees, as they were forced to remake this incredibly rude customer's order for her despite her less than satisfactory demeanor. After being cussed out and harassed, the two employees offered to make my sandwich with a smile, but I can't rationalize feeding into a store with such blatant disregard for their employees. Avoid at all costs

I eat at this subway all the time. Today the crew were on point and proactive, the place of spotless, and the service was fast!

This is the first time I have ever gotten a sandwich other than my regular (Subway Club, double meat, add salami, toasted!). I tried the Philly steak and was highly disappointed. There was very little meat and the sandwich was cold in the center even though it was toasted.

Vegetarian options: Half of the food bar is veggies for god sakes!

Very poor service. Ordered on app 30+ minutes still no order ready. Staff member was clueless, fountain machine out of order no ice or soda. Never made the order and refuse to refund order. This place is hands down the worst Subway franchise I have ever seen. Avoid at all costs. Staff member called "Manager" and "Manager" would not speak with me. Called credit card company to dispute charge. AVOID THIS PLACE drive up the road for a sandwich. Total failure and needs to be closed by Subway corporate, this franchise is an epic "black eye" for the Subway brand.

I purchased a ham and turkey (double meat) which should have had 16 slices of both ham and turkey. I counted 10 slices each as the young Lady made the sandwich.Not happy about being cheated out of product that they certainly charge for !

Do not place an order on subway app for this store! NO ONE WILL ANSWER THE PHONE AFTER CALLING 7 TIMES and it rang until I got a busy signal each time to make an inquiry about my order. I stopped using them for over a year thought maybe by now they might have improved NOPE!!!! I AM DELETING THEIR APP FROM MY PHONE AND TAKING MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE.
