Honestly the best Subway location I've gotten food from. Sandwiches are standard quality, but importantly, have always been quickly made and accurate even when we are getting multiple (3+) sandwiches. The employees working there as of writing this review (10/12/2024) have been efficient and even once walked out of the store to hand us our sandwiches when we ordered takeout before we had a chance to click the notification that we had arrived. However, today is the first time we ordered food and had to wait 45 minutes for our sandwiches, solely because whoever was in charge of staffing had ONE of these good employees handling orders during Saturday lunch rush, resulting in an insanely long line. Very grateful to the employees but begging management not to do that, because that was a terrible & unfair experience for the employees and the customers.

Ordered on the app and they didn't make it until my husband showed up. Get the order home and my sandwich is wrong and they won't even answer the phone so I can get it fixed. Horrible service.

One of the cringiest experiences iv had at subway in a long time, way too much mayo, left my wifes sandwiche to burn in the toaster, very stingy on veggies, didnt give proper amount of meat, and the ATTITUDE right off the start.

Was not welcomed when i walked in, was not offered any items or promotions, when i asked if they had chocolate chip cookies she says "we only have what's there" with no other description or explanation. Very sour environment.

I understand people do mess up, but this is the fifth or sixth time they have messed up my sandwich. Usually when I go in there, they're very nice about it. They apologize for it. This time, they were very rude. They didn’t apologize not even one time. They were speaking in Spanish to each other, so I don't know what they were saying. I definitely think they need to take a customer service class, because that's not how you handle people
I love the Buffalo chicken . My only concern is to make sure the veggies are all fresh. Sometimes the sliced tomatoes are mushy and today the Spinach leaves were on the dark slimy side. The lady picked thru to find a better choice. This is not always the case tho.They do not offer senior discounts.The fresh baked bread is very good.

I came in the other day as I was ordering saw a rat run across the floor. As soon as I got home I threw it in the trash. I think it’s gross for subway to still be open when they have a rodent problem and are still serving food like it’s no big deal. It is extremely unsanitary and shows they don’t care about their customers.

Recent improvements in staff have turned this around. Quick, responsive and accurate submaking in a place like this is all the difference. Ingredients continue to be fresh and the sub options are more than sufficient.
