Since when did crunchy taco include refried beans? I have had 2 orders now that have had beans in them. Are the beansbeing substituted for the meat??? Whatever the case ....... the tacos are crap now ! And damn sure aren't crispy!

We ordered two chicken cantina Discovery boxes and got a 5 layer Burrito instead. Nobody caught the mistake until we got home and didn't see the salsa verde sauce that comes with it. I returned to the store with the receipt and was given the correct food. Wasted time and gas.

I'm literally addicted to this place and this location has the best people working there and the only edible food past midnight. Not just edible tho the food bumping late and off the chain.
The service in the drive thru is horrendous, especially in the evening and night time. The employees are more focused on joking around with each other than they are in making sure that your order is correct before passing it through the window.

If Taco Bell is promoting (street chalupas) it should be priority to make it fresh for someone’s first impression. Sloppy anastazja M gave me THE nastiest look while I was checking my order as if that didn’t make her look even worse. I wish I wouldn’t face consequences by rearranging her face with this cold drink. Wish I could’ve did that but got my refund so it’s coo. Sadly I couldn’t review the chalupa. Womp womp

Sat at the counter for an hour while the drive through was handled and went through and was refused a refund then told over and over to wait an be patient, then yelled at when asking where my order was again after it being an hour and fifteen minutes. WILL NOT BE COMING HERE AGAIN. Whataburger is right down the road and will be my go to from now on.
