There isn't one time we've been here that we didn't have to turn back to get our order completed. It really takes the fast food convenience out of the fast food.

To start,the app sent my order to somewhere in Washington state, but the girl there was able to fix everything and place my order. There were about 5 or 6 people working in the kitchen but focusing on drive-thru. I waited a very long time for my to go order, and the girl that was helping me ended up having to fix my food. Not a good experience, but I wish I could have gotten her name . She was amazing. Only her help made the long wait ok

Terrible location. It's seems that every time I go her I have a bad experience. Today I went in and stood at the counter for a total of seven minutes without being helped even after I called out to the back to see if anyone was working the register. Several employees noticed me but none would help or take my order. So then I decided to go through the drive through knowing they always take precedence over walk in customers only to find out halfway through my order that their fryer isn't working. Is it that hard to put a sign up so customers aren't wasting their time. I'm a frequent taco bell customer and I have to say by far this is their worst location with REDICULOUS wait times. I mean c'mon, it's Taco bell. They used to be so quick. Also taking care of drive through over customers who take the time to walk in is absurd.

The store manager Eli threatens to fire employees over providing refunds on orders the store has messed up. Food provided has been stale and soggy many times. Today the Chalupa taco shells were hard as bricks and nacho fries were soggy.

When I returned to get a refund for the tacos, they refused to refund all the tacos and fries. Refusal to refund food that is stale is diabolical.

I provided the order to the staff to check the quality of the items. After they denied giving me a refund, I asked for the original order back. When I asked for the order back, they refused to return it. The cops had to come intervene for them to return the order back to me.

On top of that, they stopped serving all fried items and specifically said CHALUPAS can no longer be served. What does that tell you? They were no longer good and they still chose to serve them to me and then REFUSED to refund them

If you do not want to refund an order, make it right the first time! Do not hold food past its waste time period. Throw it away and make fresh food for paying customers. That solves your problem and would have much better outcomes.

Store manager Eli is not working at location most of the time and threatens employees for doing the right thing. I think the owner of this franchise should consider coming by. If the owner is Eli, then you need to train your employees better on food preparation if you don’t want to lose money.

Please choose a different location if you wish to have Taco Bell. The staff here does not care about the quality of food and have no honor in business.

I never thought I’d review a fast food because it’s pretty hard to mess up so much but yet here I am. I ordered 3 CHICKEN soft taco supremes. The lady taking my order then says “ok so a number 1”. A number 1 is a hard shell taco. I then ordered a chicken Crunchwrap with just cheese sour cream and chicken. A few minutes later a bag of food comes out but they don’t even say who’s bag it is. Then some other rude lady says “are you gonna get your food or not?”. So I get my food and they got everything wrong. My 3 soft tacos had beef and were hard shell, and the crunchwrap had lettuce, tomato, and beef. Never coming again
