Really good meal at a really neat place!! The food is very well thought out and prepared to perfection. A small town gem in growing Montgomery. This was our second visit, and it definitely won't be our last!! Met family there, and we were able to visit comfortably while enjoying a great meal!!

The atmosphere was great but the food was average and not worth the price. I had the Eggs Benedict and the egg white was runny. The steak cutlet was decent.

Stale chips and pita bread with wilted lettuce and 1 thin slice of tomato and bland egg salad. Had to remind waiter to bring candied jalepenos. $17! Not the 1st time being disappointed. Not returning.

The food was absolutely amazing and the service was top notch. It's so cool to be in a historical house eating brunch. Would highly recommend their biscuits and gravy.

Parking: ADA parking is here with an accessible ramp.

We ate here twice in two days. At each meal, there were 7 of us. We went once in the evening while celebrating a birthday. Collin, our waiter, was excellent as were the food items we ordered. The pecan crusted salmon and the birthday cupcake were really delicious I love how the children’s menu is displayed on a View Master. That was fun for everyone. The next day we had brunch and we weren’t as impressed. There was an odd spice on the top waffle of the chicken and waffles dish but the rest of the dish was good. The brunch just did not compare to the dishes we had the night before. The restaurant is an old house and cute inside and out. After looking around, it does look like a fantastic place for an event and there are many picturesque areas.

Poor food preparation. Pasta sauce tasted as if it came directly out of a can. First dinner rolls served were rock hard as if were left over. Second set completely different. Difficult to believe chef involved in our food preparation, for the flavor, would have expected from a line cook at a diner. For the cost, expected much better. Sorry, Amore will remain our first choice in the area!!!

First went for their brunch 2 years ago-Delicious! Returned this summer and decided to do brunch again with friends. Food quality and service not up to same standard as before. My spouse ordered eggs and potatoes on side, neither were seasoned. My seafood omelette was more like a shrimp omelette. Waitress was friendly but did not frequent our table and the wait for food was very long (30 min) with appetizer coming out with the meal. Really disappointing.

My wife surprised me with my 60th birthday at the eatery at Hodge Podge. The entire group of 6 was so disappointed with the food. My wife suffered through about 1/2 of an over cooked filet and her friend sent hers back, we have had better crab cakes from the freezer section of krogers. I had the 50.00 sea bass I did find find a few small flakes of fish lost in the mashed potatoes but never saw a filet. Our service was good so no complaints there. We was there 06/28/2023.

This is such a quaint location for breakfast or brunch. The restaurant is in combination with a bed and breakfast lodge as well as gorgeous outdoor wedding venue. The restaurant looks like a home that's been converted into an eatery. It has a cozy cottage vibe with sunlight beaming through the white curtains of the windows. You can see the garden and greenery through the windows while you eat. It's absolutely beautiful. The employees here are warm and friendly and their menu is clear and easy to navigate. The food is priced fairly since everything is fresh and made in house.I ordered the seafood crepes which were light and filling. It had crab, shrimp, spinach and mushroom creme sauce. My sister ordered the beet salad with added salmon and my dad got the crabcake eggs benedict. Everything we got was delicious. Our waiter Jamie was so sweet and came to check on us regularly and made recommendations on the menu.I would highly recommend this restaurant to locals and visitors looking for a homey, relaxed, and peaceful breakfast!

Parking: There is tons of parking out front and lots of trees so you can find a shady spot for your car on sunny days. It is for free as well so no worries.

The place itself with super cute. Bottomless mimosas were great. The service was super slow even with several tables being empty. Food was good but probs seemed small for the price.
