I ordered the chicken parmesan gnocchi and only after I paid did they tell me there was a 20 minute wait. I waited the whole 20 minutes and then even after all that time, my food was cold (like fridge cold) They did not answer there phone when I called to complain.

Was told the food trucks were "hit & miss" at B52 Brewery, but took a swing and definitely a hit today (Sunday, New Year's Day 2023) with Tropicalio Bistro. The steak bomb had no tough or chewy or sinewy pieces. I thought it was going to be hard crust but it is warm and soft. This has a kolache beat by light years.

I got one of each flavor empanadas she offers and they were all fantastic. She was at Lone Pint brewery the day I ate there. Very polite and friendly. 10/10 would recommend.

Had the pleasure of trying this place for the first time while at Lone Pint brewery. I wasn’t sure what to expect and I can honestly say the food is great! Got a couple “bombs” and have never had anything quite like them. Mother and son working together makes it that much more genuine. Hope to see them out here again!

The passion fruit smoothie is absolutely delicious! The bomb churrasco is just put of this world! The owner of the food truck is also such a kind person! Love everything about it! So good! Sticks to your bones. Definitely some home style cooking. Maria knows what she's doing for sure. Gotta try everything. Had the empanadas which were delicious. Stuffed with hearty meats and spices. The goulash was excellent! Especially as the weather gets cooler, this will warm you up and satisfy. Looking forward to trying everything on your menu.
Maria debuted her “Crawfish Mac’N Cheese” tonight. All I can say is that it was Amazing!! 2 Thumbs up!!

THE FOOD WAS SO DANG GOOD!! And I can’t remember her name but the lady cooking is the absolute sweetest! The food took a little long but she was extremely busy! She cooks alone and with 10 orders ahead of me it only took about 30 mins! I hope the come back to Anatole apartments because I will definitely be back!!
