We love Uncle Bob's and know when we see their name on the vendor list that the night is going to go flawlessly. We love all of their smoked meat options and sides that will leave you craving more.

The catering was great. They obviously are equipped and used to handling much fancier events but we were having a backyard wedding and they flexed well for this. We had a hard time finding someone willing to work with our small guest list and Vrbo rental location but Uncle Bob's got us! Terri stayed in great communication through the ordering and scheduling process. They accepted a rather short order in that a lot of other vendors wanted way more time to place this order/setup. The food was great! The mac n' cheese literally saved my nervous butterfly stomach that day when I couldn't eat anything else but after relaxing I did find every bit of their food was fantastic; brisket, chicken, to die for sausage and such flavorful greenbeans! They did a great job with setup and cleanup. As a bride but also the sole planner their service was so appreciated. They arrived and setup like magic without any of my help and were such friendly people. Highly recommend!

This is a real family-run BBQ joint, providing a neatly arranged Texan BBQ experience at reasonable prices, with top-notch taste and a friendly host. Thanks a lot for a great lunch!!!

Used Uncle Bob’s BBQ for a work event catering and it was amazing. Blew my expectations out of the water! The brisket was some of the best I’ve ever had. Cannot wait to go back for lunch soon.

Uncle Bob’s catered our summer social for 120 guests. The food was delicious(be sure to try the brisket green beans!), the service was professional, and the whole experience was effortless on my part. I look forward to using them again and highly recommend the food and catering to anyone who loves bbq!

Uncle Bob’s BBQ was the perfect selection for our daughter’s wedding at Deep In The Heart Farms. The selection of food was perfect. They were extremely professional, helpful throughout the entire process, flexible with adjustments and the staff the day of the wedding were all fantastic. I highly recommend Uncle Bob’s for any special occasion.

We had Uncle Bob’s Barbecue cater our daughter’s wedding at The Weinberg in Bryan Texas and the food and service was amazing! Uncle Bob’s barbecue offers different types of food for weddings but we chose the brisket, chicken, sausage with the mashed potatoes , green beans and macaroni for the kids. Everyone called it fancy barbecue for a wedding. People are still talking about how great the food was. My daughter and son-law didn’t get a chance to eat and they packed them food to go. My daughter said the food was still good even after reheating it. And she’s not one to eat leftovers.
Before I found out about Uncle Bob’s, one month before the wedding, I received 4 quotes and every quote had hidden fees and ridiculous charges. When I received the quote from Uncle Bob’s it was a relief to see a quote that explained every charge in detail. Terri was always available to answer all our questions in a timely manner. And the team was outstanding at the wedding! I wish I would have known about Uncle Bob’s from the beginning because it would have saved me a lot of stress. Thank you for making our night special!

We had Uncle Bob's Catering handle the food for our wedding, and they absolutely nailed it! The BBQ was a huge hit—guests are still talking about how good everything was. But beyond the food, what really stood out was the service. The team was super organized, polite, and professional from start to finish. They also made sure to meet all the venue's requirements to be a preferred vendor, which made everything so much easier on our end. Couldn't have asked for a better experience—highly recommend!

Food was decent. The burger was a typical burger, nothing special. The chopped bbq sandwich was good. The brisket wasn't dry which is always a plus.

Uncle Bob's catering is a great place to keep in mind when needing catering. I've used handful of times for our employees holiday luncheon as well as appreciation luncheons and they are great. Keep this local family owned business in mind as they are great to work with and do a great job.

My family has been ordering from Uncle Bob’s for years. Our favorites are the chopped brisket, chicken breast, mashed potatoes and green beans. For Christmas lunch this year, we ordered smoked turkey, ham, brisket enchiladas and all the sides. Uncle Bob’s is consistently delicious and never disappoints.

We and all our guests love Bob’s BBQ. This is the 2nd year in a row for our customer appreciation event. Great communication in setting up order. Prompt delivery and set up of food. Meatballs were suggested to us and they were also a great hit!!!

This is the first year I have ever NOT cooked thanksgiving. My mom passed away and my oldest son is far away serving our country. I was nervous about ordering but so thankful I did. Price point was good and the food was amazing. The smoked turkey was moist and full of flavor and cut perfectly. The corn bread dressing was the first thing gone. The masked taters had skin on them and were perfect. Thanks again.
