Small portions. There is absolutely no flavor in the brisket, Mac and cheese and green beans. I sent almost 50$ for cold bland food. Even the loaded brisket potato had no taste. Very disappointing. I don’t believe salt and pepper were even used.

I ordered the 3 meat plate with 2 sides and man was I disappointed there was no flavor it was cooked and fresh but it was missing flavor.BBQ pinto beans = hot beansPotato salad = just badSausage = alright no seasoningRibs = good size juicy but no seasoningSliced brisket = blandBBQ sauce couldn’t save it.The food just heavily bland!

I got thanksgiving catering and it was sooo delicious. Very good price and super easy reheating instructions. Will now be using Uncle Bobs every year from now on!! Thank you ❤️

Pulled pork is very mediocre. catering order very unprofessional all containers leaked on our car seats. They did not stand behind anything. Drive pass this place do yourself a favor.

Chopped Brisket, smoked sausage, potato salad, pinto beans, loaf bread, onion, pickle sweet tea. The pinto beans had large chunks of smoked meat , potato salad with onions and a hint of mustard like I make at home, you can taste the smoke in the Brisket, the onion and pickle slices are a nice addition.Well worth the money and a welcome stop on my travels.
