Really like the staff currently at this location! Happy and energetic. They are extremely friendly and kind, makes for a good atmosphere. They were out of what we originally wanted but their alternative suggestion was good.

Extremely rude staff. They yelled at my 8 year old daughter for asking for a straw... a freaking straw! The food took over 30 min, and when it came out, it was so cold and old, I am confident it was from at least 1-2 days old. How in the world does it take 30 min to give us scraps that are not even edible from earlier in the week? Hands down, the worst fast food restaurant I've visited in 32 years of life.

What happened? No brewed tea, out of a machine. Fries were cardboard and cold. Spicy chicken sandwich very dry, if mao was on it i could not finf it.
Im not fond of McDonald's but at least tea is real. Customer Service is on point in Montgomery.

The night shift costumer service and staff here really really really sucks! Making you wait for a sandwich for almost 15 mins 2nd order would be wrong 3rd there’s a African American guy there that he does not care for his job at all I asked for ketchup while on my vehicle outside after I had already waited 15+mins for my food only for him to tell me “oh you can go get it” it’s sad for the company that hire all this people that don’t even care about their own appearance while at work nothing professional about this guy never had experience that before I’m sure I’ll never be back there

I went in and told the ladies I was missing an order of fries, I was asked what size and while I was in the middle of saying I don’t know, whichever one come in the biggie bag, a large rude woman instantly got an attitude and was basically yelling at me saying if I don’t know the size then how do I know I’m missing them.

placed a mobile order 10 mins before going to restaurant. got to restaurant, no one in the drive thru, and waiting 20 mins for a mobile order. i’m sorry, what is the point of placing a mobile order if i have to wait just as long as simply pulling through the drive thru???????? i dont know if they make it as soon as you get here or what, but every single other place i’ve ever been to makes the mobile order before you arrive. wasting my time.

Sat at the speaker for 10 minutes and no one took an order. At 8:50pm. Employees were outside and when I pulled around the person who was supposed to be taking the order was on the phone. Just go somewhere else.
