I come here every lunch break overnight and have to ask for my bacon on the side every single time, ask for gravy on the side and they always pour it on my food, it's not hard to follow basic instructions. Tired of paying for crap food and crap service

I love Whataburger- normally. This location consistently disappoints though. I just ordered a Cobb Salad and the lettuce was whole leaf, cut in half, whole pieces of bacon cut in half, the grilled chicken was scored but not cut through, there was ONE cherry tomato,, and only 3 slices of boiled egg. Basically, someone didn't feel like cutting anything and threw a bunch of uncut ingredients (and forgot some egg and tomato) into a container, threw the lid on it, and called it good. The only saving grace was the shredded cheese- I'm surprised they actually shredded it instead of just throwing a chunk of cheese on top.

Horrible! Literally asked for extra sauce on my burger and got a measly drop. Ya’ll said she “oh you want extra, now you ain’t getting ANY Sauce” Whatadryburger!
There is nothing like busting your butt off all day at work, sweating, hot, tired, muscles, aching, and you just wanna grab some Whataburger you have a well deserved meal, but then you made the mistake of showing up to the Montgomery Whataburger off Walden Road food is cold as hell fries soggy cold. This is the state of America employees probably get paid crap they hate their job. The manager is probably lazy. There’s nothing they can do to convince their employees to cook. Good hot food sounds simple enough but extremely hard to do. I’m ready for the robots. I’m ready for full automation. I don’t care about American workers anymore. I just Want a good hot meal with the harder money I pay for give me robots give me AI give me anything other than this depressing situation we live in employees with SSRI eyes they don’t give a crap about us. I’m tired. This is also tiresome.

Three times I have gone to this Whataburger and the fries are always cold and soggy. The burgers hardly have anything on them and look like someone flattened them with an iron. Last time at this location.
