Forgot to put my steak on while the other food cooked. My Wife opted to have her wrap wait on my steak and it got soggy. Brought out my steak with mash potatoes instead of broccoli. They corrected that, and brought it back out. Steak was sub-par. The best thing I can say is all the staff were apologetic but David the waiter was very friendly and did well at his job, so I left him a tip anyway. They did give me 10% off but probably won't be back. Things happen and I understand, that's why I give an honest review.

My food was okay but my wife's mash potatoes, they were cold. Table was sticky and dirty could scrape stuff off the table surface our server never tried to upsell to us or even ask if we wanted dessert it was my birthday dinner would have had a better experience any place

Our Lunch was very good, service was good as well.
Food had no flavor. Chicken strips not cooked all the way through, breadstick hard as a 2x4, salmon overcooked. Urinal in bathroom barely hanging on and just flushing it about ripped it off the wall. The seats had no cushion support and I had a board up my butt the entire dining experience.Drinks tasted funny. Party of 4 dined in and all food had no flavor. I definitely will not be coming back and I cannot recommend this establishment to anyone at this time.

The food was awesome and Zack did a great job of packaging our order to go! Megan was also very helpful taking our order and everything was included what we ordered! Very organized and managed Applebee's!! The two mentioned should get a raise!! Thank you Megan and Zach!! ?️???️☕️???Parking: There is ample parking spaces during a full house, and it's free! Would be nice if there were benches out front. There's not a lot of inside waiting spaces.

The restrurant was freezing cold. Server forgot my drink, had to request it twice. Forgot my daughter's side and totally provided the wrong plate to me. Finally received my dinner while the rest of our party had finished. They did comp my food and drink. Seems they are understaffed, but the food was good.

Hubby and I went here for 1st time on New Years Eve for late lunch. We were seated immediately. Our waitress greeted us with a great smile and asked for our drink orders. They were delivered in timely manner. We chatted with her for a bit as we are new to the area. We ordered food and all was good. We had zero problems, everything was great.

Waitress came took drink order, brought drinks, took food order. And then we didnt see her for almost an hour. Someone else brought out the food. We sat for 45 minutes with empty glasses, unable to finish eating because we were thirsty. As we were sitting there another group got sat at the table behind us where we struck up a conversation, they said they had been waiting for 40 minutes to be seated. They had an infant with them and i find it ridiculous that it took that long when there were plenty of tables. Honestly the worst experience I've ever had. She finally came back to our table to ask how we were, i informed her of the situation she seemed disingenuous. Said she could bring drinks now but at that time i was over the whole situation. I asked for the check and boxes to take the food home. The receipt said her name was Heather.
