Arby's roast beef was amazing. But dont get the steak bites thinking it's as large as what the show on tv.......because large is not what that was defiantly not enough steak bites for the amount of money they costed honestly steak bites was a total rip off....other than that everything else was okay

My wife and I visited Arby's to try the new fried turkey sandwiches they have out for November. We ordered the Gobbler. I must say it does have the taste and reminder of Thanksgiving. It has the turkey, dressing, cranberry sauce and other delicious Thanksgiving reminders. The problem that gave Arbys su h a low rating was the service . The lady at the register was not friendly at all and did not suggest trying anything. After our sandwich we have a cherry pastry that to my memory was delicious, but this time the lady heated up my dessert way to much that it hardened the bread and cooked the insides. She knew what she did and did not bother to replace it. So I just bought another 1 and told her not to heat it. I

The Jamoca shake came out like ice cream, and guess what. It was a chocolate vanilla swirl, and did not taste like the shake was supposed to. Our food 9rder was wrong. But, the staff had a great attitude.

This place use to be great but no anymore. Sour faces and food isn’t as tasty.
It's actually an Arby's inside a 7-11. The people are really nice however on the 7-11 side they are always out of xlarge cups and the slurpee machines are usually not working. The Arby's though is really good.

Tried the drive thru service,made 2 different orders. First one was perfect @ Second order was missing the drink for the kids meal, was shorted a sandwich,pulled pork with sweet sauce was not there in the bag, other sandwich had no sauce on it at all,extremely dry. Missing a drink,medium coke, sales receipt showed a medium drink but no choice. Overall very disappointing. Should not have to count out three sandwiches in one bag and find a new featured sandwich missing . Charged for the missing items,of course, and had to keep repeating myself to drive- thru employee.
