Today 5/30/26 we encountered the rudest group of individuals dining during lunch. They were being 100% disrespectful to the employee running the front area. I wish I had gotten her name but she handled the situation with complete grace. To those individuals, you should be ashamed for bringing your no home training to a public place.

Despite mixed reviews on customer service, one particular location stands out for its delicious and fluffy pizza crust and friendly service. Visitors often enjoy the hot pizza, including pepperoni, which is kept available at all times, even during busy hours. The place is known for being clean and welcoming, especially on busy days like Sunday afternoons. The restaurant is recovering from recent damage to its front and inside serving area but remains open and serving delicious pizza and a nice salad bar. Whether a local or just passing through, Cicis Pizza is worth a stop for a satisfying pizza experience that offers good value and a fun environment.
