Poor Customer service and Disrespectful Manager.
Ma'am,
I'm writing regarding one of the worst experiences I've ever had at your KFC Store location in Mount Pleasant Texas. On March 15, 2026. My wife went to your store location to pick up an order for a customer via Door dash around 5pm Upon arriving, my wife was not greeted and was ignored for almost 15 min. No it cost us over $40.00 didn't get our full order. 3 of us woke up the next morning deathly sick. I do not recommend this place to anyone.
Mashed potatoes were runny
Ask for crispy and original just give me original
