( I wished you would had told me that when I placed the order because I would had told you never mind ( I’m on my lunch break ) the lady said it will only take 4 mins ..WELL THAT was a lie !!!! 22 mins later you being my order to my truck ( after you walked to 2 different vehicles) finally you walked up to my truck And I said yes that’s my order !The chicken was cold and wet from the pouring down rain ! You fools left the bag open so it was wet apple bite size ! The lady said we get in trouble if I leave you in the drive thru to long ! What about leaving a customer on the street for 22 mins SMH

My husband and I went to buy something to eat and save time while we could return home, since we were very short on time. The girl who attended us had a hostile and authoritarian attitude. He didn't let us hesitate even a second when it came to ordering. It seemed like he was in a hurry for us to leave. And when he gave us the package with the order, all he saw was a mocking smile. I would have chosen one more soda, but his attitude wouldn't allow it. My husband, who is very patient in these situations, didn't say anything to me until we left.There was no one behind us, it was early and there was not a big demand. So I don't understand why he has such a rude attitude. I have been going to this location for a long time, but here lately they have definitely stepped up their game. The chicken is juicy and tender. The sides are, as always, amazing, and their fountain drinks are always cold and taste great. They have awesome customer service and their staff is fairly young. My only real complaint is that they need to update the fixtures in the dining room a bit, but, overall, this location is a must-visit if you like KFC!

They had a special on, so purchased online. Picked up in drive thur. When I got home, it was so dark and crunchy they I couldn't tell the meat from the burnt. The next day, I went, and I asked about my chicken being so dark that the grease did not get changed. The manager was talking to the cashier to me when I was asking about the issue. Not one time did he come out. First time visiting in 3 years. My last time a roach came from my table.

Ordered original chicken thighs and the chicken was so hard that I took it back to the counter and showed it to the staff. I was told that the chicken was original and that it just looked like that because of their machine. I had ordered the chicken for my husband who loves kfc but I don’t eat it so I took the cashier at her word. I was 50 miles from home because I was visiting my sister. When I got home and gave the chicken to my husband, he was so angry that he called the restaurant to complain because the chicken was very hard and was burnt in some places. I would never go back to this restaurant.

First time I've ever stopped at KFC in MP. Absolutely delicious and hot. I tried the new mash potatoe bowl and a biscuit. Customer service was great also. Thank you for the kindness and a delicious lunch under 10 dollars!! Neither are around much anymore ?

The worse chicken I've ever gotten from KFC! Chicken is burned, and had no flavor. Been going downhill for a few years and this will be my last visit!
Closest KFC around so it's always good. Last 2 times we've been there we've had to wait for chicken. So we know it's fresh. Sweet tea is always good.
