If Carmen was friendly while taking our order that would be fantastic. Felt so unwelcoming and uncomfortable while ordering. We came from out of town, wanted to have Braum’s since it’s been so long. Customer service is a big % of experience.We came Sunday mid morning 2/18/24.But Sara was fantastic and let us know that fresh fries were dropped for us! And she was kind!Food was amazing! Yum!
I ordered 2 scoops of ice cream for my grandkids and a frozen yogurt twist for myself. My grandsons ice cream was so soft he sod it was like eating a milk shake. I didn't take it back because I was already headed home. If the ice cream is really sift when they scoop it up, they shouldn't serve it. I also had to ask for spoons and napkins. I went thru the drive thru.

Went through the drive thru to get some ice cream and shakes. By far some of the best we have ever had. The woman taking our order needs to learn how to treat people and make people feel welcome but thankfully the food made up for it. Been here plenty of times and will keep coming.
