We drive in from Colorado and was so excited to go to Braun’s and a chocolate cone and to be treated like we didn’t exist. Walked in and stood a the counter to wait for almost 10 minutes for no one to greet us while they are working right in front of us. Didn’t greet us or even look at us. I asked if they were open because it’s was 9 at night and she said yeah it will be a minute. 2 other girls were standing behind the count joking and laughing and didn’t acknowledge us. I drove 1000 miles to come here and see my family and it’s always a treat to go to Brauns but not anymore.

Went through the drive thru to get some ice cream and shakes. By far some of the best we have ever had. The woman taking our order needs to learn how to treat people and make people feel welcome but thankfully the food made up for it. Been here plenty of times and will keep coming.

I love Braums but since they reopened, the salads have been made with brown lettuce. Hopefully someone can correct this situation.
Not only did they take 15 minutes to give me my salad at the drive thru (being the only one there upon arrival, then proceeded to give everyone's orders who came aftet), but my food had MOLD on it. GROSS!!!!

If Carmen was friendly while taking our order that would be fantastic. Felt so unwelcoming and uncomfortable while ordering. We came from out of town, wanted to have Braum’s since it’s been so long. Customer service is a big % of experience.We came Sunday mid morning 2/18/24.But Sara was fantastic and let us know that fresh fries were dropped for us! And she was kind!Food was amazing! Yum!
