It was a little late when we got there. The crew was still friendly and fast. The facility was clean as well as the restrooms. The order was correct as well. It was a good break as we were traveling through.
I order food and a ice cream sundae. I went to eat the sundae and it had hair in it. I called to report it and the guy kept saying he could not hear me so i drove back up there to show them. All i got was a what do you want me to do.
Food and service are excellent! I rarely eat fast food but I make an exception here. Junior burgers and bag of burritos are great deals.
The staff at this Braum's location goes above and beyond to help their customers; I often see them carrying groceries out for the elderly.
Anyone who ever says anything bad about braums should not be trusted.... braums is heaven on earth. I grew up with braums in oklahoma. Now i live in South texas so we had to drive 8 hrs for this delicious biscuit and gravy meal... I'd do it again to. Staff was sweet. The guy working the register in the grocery section was an angel. I love you, braums.
Ok so the food was amazing but the service sucked so bad we stood up at the cornter for almost 15 min and the crew just kept walking past us did not say anything not even a give us just a minute and really should work on there customer service
