The service is almost always top notch. The food is good KFC food. I do not have one near where I live so when I have to come to Mt. Pleasant, it's a nice change. I come at times when it's not busy. I always forget to get pictures before we eat.

At 6:30pm on a Sunday lobby is is closed. Customers are wanting to come in and have sit down and have a meal and they can’t. This location will never receive my business. No sign on the door saying why lobby is closed either.

They steal from me twice, the first time they didn't give me the extra salad I bought but they did charge me for it and the second time I paid for the bucket of 8 pieces of chicken and they only gave me 6 pieces. And they do not give tickets to be able to make the claim.

If I could put a negative start I would! Arrived with the family whom paid for the food and am beyond ashamed of this place. Ordered two separate orders of the 3 piece chicken basket the chicken was dry as can be and burnt, the biscuits can literally kill someone due to how hard it was. The Mac and cheese was so dry it was unbearable. Will never come back here and neither will the family.
