Stopped by on our way out of town for a family meal. The guy at the counter was friendly and offered good customer service. The food was greasy but good. I love KFC and have had a hard time lately in our area getting any service at all so I was pleased today with this visit. This store was much better than my experience recently in Greenville Texas!!!!

People were friendly lobby was clean, but food was Meh at best .. Granted it's been a few years since I ate here so I may be remembering wrong, it used to be good. I ordered a 3 PC dark with Mashed potatoes and a tea.... The tea was great 👍 the potatoes were ok, but the biscuit was literally raw, it stretched like a cheese stick.... The Chicken was cooked well but the original recipe barely had spice in it, I could taste the flour in it.... Probably be another few years before I try this location again.....

Spent $40 on my family here only for them to not give me any drinks with the kids Happy meals as well as none of the sauces that I paid for. The guy at the window took forever to take my order to he needs to wake up. Not good.

This kfc went down the drain it used to be better idk what happened to the old employees. I gave them my money they gave me cold old fries and they forgot my biscuit

KFC in mount pleasant wasn’t very pleasant. The food was cold and not rubbery several hours old. Me and my people just wanted to enjoy some delightful food. The restaurant was filthy as were the bathrooms, when we walked in the staff was sitting on their phones.

I like sauce dont get me wrong, but this was a little much!! There is no reason to put that much sauce on the stacker.
Went through the drive thru Friday June 20, 2025 at about 7:30pm. There were two cars ahead of us, no customers inside. It took nearly 20 minutes for a large mac and cheese (which was refrigerator cold), 5 chicken strips (which were small, and tough like they'd been under a heat lamp for hours and then reheated in a microwave), and a biscuit (the only actually decent part of the whole meal). Y'all have no business staying open until 1am if you can't even handle the 3 customers you have at 7:30 on a Friday night.
Starting to understand why everywhere BUT this KFC was busy.

The inside of restaurant was an absolutely disgusting, nasty , filthy . The eating area so disgusting. Roaches crawling everywhere. What happened to kfc ?

Pulled up to the window and placed my order they took my card and then came back and said they couldn't cook anymore food but they don't close until midnight. Its 8:30 p.m just an excuse to not work but they cry they want more money to do this job.

Apparently all their machines are in polishing mode and they cant cook anything even though they had just taken our order and they're open until midnight. Fight for 15 but I cant do the simple job of cooking your food for you.
