The service is almost always top notch. The food is good KFC food. I do not have one near where I live so when I have to come to Mt. Pleasant, it's a nice change. I come at times when it's not busy. I always forget to get pictures before we eat.

I don’t normally leave reviews but the lady at the window i think her name was Precilla. She absolutely made my night , very good customer service . she even alerted me about a bug tht was trying to get inside of my car , she is very kind and sweet , and had a lot of patience with me and my friends and our separate orders . you can really tell she comes to work to put a smile on others faces !! i kid you not a true sweetheart ! keep up the good work precilla !

I placed my order And then I pulled around to the window and I paid And after I paid the lady said Due to you ordering Apple pie bite size I need you to pull up and I will bring them to you ! ( I wished you would had told me that when I placed the order because I would had told you never mind ( I’m on my lunch break ) the lady said it will only take 4 mins ..WELL THAT was a lie !!!! 22 mins later you being my order to my truck ( after you walked to 2 different vehicles) finally...
