Ordered for table delivery. Food just left on the counter. Coffee missing, iced mocha made incorrectly, other iced coffee not stirred. Staff argued with us, when we asked for missing coffee and to make mocha properly, and spoke very rudely to us. It wasn't until my wife challenged them on how rude they had been, and how bad the service was, that they finally fixed the items and started speaking to us politely. We have stopped at a McDonald's, almost every day, across Texas, for the last two weeks, and they have all been great, apart from this one, which was a terrible experience.

My opinion on this place changed. This used to be my go to ordering place before heading to work and deliveries. One day i went to the drive through for my order and no one responded. I went to the window for my order and the black dude manager was rude and refused to give my order unless i go back around (i was already late to work). I think im sticking to doordash for these stores. Don’t recommend coming here for your food.

Drive thru was too busy in their conversations and when asked if I can have a cup of mayonnaise the girl said the don’t have mayonnaise??♀️? then what do they put on their burgers other than ketchup. Y'all should honestly do as the customer says that’s what they pay for so should get what is asked for and I didn’t have an issue to pay for the mayonnaise but don’t say you don’t have any when you do ??

Broke keosk printer. No receipt. Ordered Light ice and regular sweet small and large McCoffee not correct. Incorrect small cup full of ice to bottom. Large 3/4 full of ice. Had them remake. Got no ice no sweet. Sandwich was good. No coffee skills here.?

I went through drive thru and the fat black lady working register in the drive thru was very rude didn't acknowledge me or told me to wait she kept drinking her coffee. I noticed she charged me for two hot cakes with sausage instead of one and I asked for my money back and told me she couldn't that I had to call the 1800 number. I called the manager Rickey and he was laughing while talking on the phone and said I'm sorry then hung up on me, very unprofessional, I will not be going back to that location. I rather make the drive to the other location, they are more professional and friendly their.
