I used to love this place but the last 3 times I have gone they have messed my order up. I hate mayo and always ask them to take it off and somehow they cover my sandwich in mayo. I am very disappointed because it’s not hard to not put mayo on a sandwich.

The food was good, the order was correct, and the staff was nice enough. Unfortunately, the dining room was a mess. Every single table was very dirty and there was trash all over the floor. It didn’t look like anyone had cleaned or even bothered to sweep all day long. All the sodas except sprite were out, which is fine, I like sprite, but I could see someone being upset finding out after they paid that everything was out. There were no napkins anywhere because all the dispensers were empty. I’d give it another shot because the food was fine, but it’s not exactly the experience one hopes for.

For the 2nd time my original was screwed up. This time it had globs of mayo on it 🤢. Every time I’ve ever had an issue is when 2 young boys are working. Tomorrow after I return this piece of crap sandwich I will NEVER return.

I hit the drive thru here several times a month and I've never had any problems. The place seems decently clean and the employees are pretty nice. Good sandwich and pretty fast. This location is a LOT better than the Mount Pleasant location.

I don't know what was wrong with the employees tonight. The cashier didn't put the correct sandwich on my ticket,thankfully i looked at it and caught it in time to correct it, Then another employee had to come to the window to ask I told him what was wrong. I get home 30 mins away. To the sandwich messed up.

I order often from this location. Since a few months back, the service has declined. Placed my order online 20 minutes ago and it’s still not ready. My ticket was just waiting on the counter. They didn’t start making it until I got there. Not the first time this happens, either.

Shouldn’t take 45 minutes to get a refund when they both got the order wrong and double charged it. The manager on duty was incredibly rude, and the franchise owner has made no attempt to care. Why would anyone eat here?
