Order food for the entire family was missing the four major parts of my order the rest of the order was extremely soggy slapped together in a haphazardly fashion I even filed the complaint online through the Taco Bell app still have gotten no reply to the issue which was more than $20 worth of food missing definitely do not recommend this place at all

Came down from belton tx and honestly this place upset me took my family out to this location ordered 4 tacos all nothing but shell and lettuce I used to work at taco bell and this is one of unprofessional work…. No meat at all do better!!!

Was up at the window waiting on my food and because they have a timer going they made me move up to the area where the food could be brought out to me to shut off the timer even though there was no one behind me I don't feel like that is right You should stay there and let that timer run until you get the food

Everyone was being rude and disrespectful to each other and to the customers and didn't even get my order right. Like literally every part of my order was completely wrong. The only thing they got right was I ordered a Dr pepper not the other $40 worth of food I ordered. If you can't do your job right just freaking quit. missed up my order, and my friend order. service was terrible, took 5 minutes to order. and that was also for the 3 other people in the store. at least 3 people in the drive thru orders was missed up
Terrible. Night shift workers took 20 minutes to make the food, one of the workers got mad over the chips that i ordered and i saw one using their phone while having gloves on. Disgusting. Do not come here if you value your time. Chips were depressing they gave them in small bags. Consider this the first time i dropped a genuine 1 star review. Terrible restaurant workers.
