Had missed a order in lunch rush while working down the street on the highway and owner -managment said they would drop it off for me and very friendly and that what you mean by great customer service and professionalis and had a nice truck.
This dairy queen in Mt. Vernon is the best fast food to eat, keep trying other places but disappointed most of the time. I wouldn't care how long it took to get my food because it's hot and fresh.The only bad thing I would have to say is unsupervised teens acting too rowdy inside.
The place is ok. The food was mediocre. The fries were good. The kids got bananas with their kids meal. Every banana was over ripe and ready to be banana bread. The staff seemed to be irritated about having to switch them out. They replaced them but each replacement was even worse. So we opted for fries instead.The burger orders were made correctly although the patty is literally 1/4” thick. The patty didn’t have any flavor.
