Been to the Mount Vernon Golden Chick many times. Inside is always clean, servers are always friendly, food is fresh and good. Sometimes there’s a wait, but I don’t mind, that means it’s fresh and hot! I’d rather wait than have chicken that has sat under a heat lamp for a while! Drive thru has provided the same positive experience. Not to mention best little side salad you can get at any fast food place.

I had an amazing experience at Golden Chick! The food was hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious. The chicken was perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside—seasoned just right. I also tried the rolls and the jalapeño poppers, and they were spot on!
The staff was friendly and quick with service, even during a busy lunch hour. The restaurant was clean and well-kept, and my order was accurate and ready fast.
