I don't see why this place would ever get a bad review. Every single time i have been there it has been clean, fast, fresh, and the people have always been kind and attentative. It is honestly the best chicken in Mt Vernon. My only complaint is the price. They are a few bucks high on most things but if you order with the app you will get some useful coupons. I'll keep going. Pretty good chicken.

Been to the Mount Vernon Golden Chick many times. Inside is always clean, servers are always friendly, food is fresh and good. Sometimes there’s a wait, but I don’t mind, that means it’s fresh and hot! I’d rather wait than have chicken that has sat under a heat lamp for a while! Drive thru has provided the same positive experience. Not to mention best little side salad you can get at any fast food place.

I had an amazing experience at Golden Chick! The food was hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious. The chicken was perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside—seasoned just right. I also tried the rolls and the jalapeño poppers, and they were spot on!

The staff was friendly and quick with service, even during a busy lunch hour. The restaurant was clean and well-kept, and my order was accurate and ready fast.
