They have great lunch specials. Tried the Philly Cheesesteak. It was huge and full of meat! I saved 1/2 for dinner! Highly recommend you stop by for lunch and try their hot sandwiches and yummy fries!My husbands Burger was cooked perfect! Service was quick, friendly and server came to check on us throughout the meal!The Chips & Queso and Potato Skins were a hit with my kids!

Want to know what truly sets GR Steakhouse apart from any other? It's honestly the caliber of their service. The staff is outstanding, demonstrating a level of professionalism and courtesy that is becoming increasingly rare. They are attentive without being intrusive, knowledgeable without being overbearing, and genuinely seem to prioritize the satisfaction of their guests. While I can't comment on the steak, based on the strengths of the atmosphere, the beer, kids meal quesadillas, and service alone, GR Steakhouse is a place I would highly recommend visiting. It's a testament to the fact that a great dining experience is not only about the food but also about the overall environment and the quality of service. I'm looking forward to returning to GR Steakhouse to try their steak, confident that it will live up to the high standards they've set in other areas.

This restaurant is very unorganized. I’ve waitressed for many years and have a lot of patience when restaurants are is busy but the service was so slow I lost all patience. My husband and I went for dinner, it took about 15 minutes to get our first drinks. We ordered steaks they weren’t horrible but very plain tasting. We each ordered alcoholic drinks and each time we waited over 30 minutes for a new drink while the bartender just stood around doing nothing. They never brought us shots we ordered. Even after telling our server and bartender twice. We finally got fed up with waiting on drinks and asked for our check which took another 45 minutes to get. All the servers and bartenders are very young and do not seem like they know how to manage their time with tables. I understand if they get busy but we were completely ignored by our server each time we needed a drink or anything.

Took 30 minutes for 2 burgers when weWe’re the only people inside. Food was cold , Asked for ketchup and was called high maintenance. The “manager” was extremely rude and escalated to yelling for no reason. Threw the food in the trash dramatically when we told them it was cold . Do not go here .

Molly was the best! She was so friendly and patient. The cowboy queso is crazy good, like a top 5 for me and I am a queso freak.Perfect place to stop in if you are in the area.

Love this place!! Best bar in town, best staff in town, super respectful, FREE POOL, and great food. Make sure to stop by when visiting..you won’t regret it. Bad reviews are just impatient and TOO high maintenance. Seriously…a GREAT time!

Absolutely horrible experience. We reserved a table for a large party of 18 in advance. Due to the restaurant’s error, they made the reservation for the wrong date. Leaving us out of an accommodation on the date we actually arrived. We were told that we’d have a table after about an hour wait. But after 2 and a half hours, our party of 18 was still standing around waiting. There was no communication from the staff. The waitresses and bar staff brushed us off as if they didn’t want our business.While waiting, it took almost 45 minutes for me to order a drink. The bar staff did not even acknowledge my presence at the bar for 15 of those minutes. And I had to repeatedly ask to get my credit card back after my “tab” for one drink being closed out.The bar was prioritizing the drink orders from the tables rather than attending the people actually sitting at the bar.While waiting at the bar I observed their cleaning process for the beer and cocktail glasses. A splash in the wash, rinse, and sanitize does not actually sanitize the glasses. I am a certified food safety manager and I am well aware that the dish needs to be in the sanitize step for at least 60 seconds. All of the wash compartments were cross contaminated at this point and those glasses were not being cleaned. They were being filled right back up with beer with dirty wash water still in them. Absolutely disgusting.The wait staff told us that the reservation mixup was the fault of the manager. Which manager? We don’t know because we never saw one. Everyone working there looked like they were 16. The manager couldn’t even have the decency to make themself present to apologize.Our party of 18 ended up going down the street to McDonald’s where we were treated with full respect, and great service via the drive thru. I expected this restaurant to have higher standards of service than McDonald’s, but it appears that they are beneath that.I do not recommend this place to anyone who values their time and dignity. Eat at McDonald’s for better service. Literally.

Google maps asked me to rate the food and service but can I even rate something i didn’t experience? Now we’re from Dallas… I get it if bars are busy, however I’ve seen more traffic on I-35. the staff members were all literally all 15 years old and was severely unorganized. we waited nearly 2 hours just to not get a table and 45 minutes to get two drinks at the bar.

Called and set a reservation for 18 for 7 pm. The woman who answered the phone apparently misunderstood or forgot to write down our reservation. She also just said “okay got it bye” and hung up on me (the second time they hung up on me that night), did not even confirm the reservation by reading it back to make sure she had it. That would have solved all the issues right there. Told us it would be an hour wait to get us sat, 2 hours and 20 mins later still nothing. We’re not offered any sincere apologies, no appetizers or deserts to compensate. Worked in the restaurant industry for 10 years, just absolutely baffled by the lack of hospitality. Ordered beers and appetizers at the bar, took forever to get appetizers and beers. When appetizers finally got out they gave us no napkins or silverware. Girls behind the bar on their phones or taking to friends instead of serving guests. Funniest thing was the server said it was the owner who messed up our reservation. She never even graced up with her presence to apologize for her mistake and the extra 2 hours of waiting. We finally confronted the manager and they went ahead and comped our appetizers and drinks so we could leave.

I made a reservation for low tables for 11 senior women. It was a fight to get what we requested. The service was slow. Three of the 10 food orders were of poor quality. The music was very loud.
