Unorganized , they had a floater grabbing different orders never completing them, didn't inform the other Frontline workers, i told them my order is the one getting cold , so she threw it away and I had to wait another 20mins to get it redone.

Is it now the standard rule to mess up all orders nationwide? I go from coast to coast and have to eat at McDonald’s a lot. Order is wrong over half the time. Is it on purpose or are they not able to read the actual order?
They were slow as hell, and they still got my order wrong and forgot my hash brown. Can’t call them because they have their phone disconnected. Terrible time there. If I wanted my order messed up I’d go to Sulphur Springs.
