Everything is always stale i stg. Ive been going here for years but recently everything's been stale the last 5 times I've been there. Mostly the tots, they also forget to give you half the order half the time

Sonic is by far my favorite fast food eatery. I dont think I have ever eaten at a Sonic that the service was as quick and served any more politely as this one.
My steak sandwich and tots were so hot, I had to wait till I reached my lodging for the night to be able to eat it.
The steak on the sandwich seemed much bigger than what is normally on my Sonic Steak Sandwiches. They say things are bigger in Texas.
Thanks to the young car hop that made the delivery

The Sonic is always quick and efficient food is hot sometimes our orders are very complicated and they always get it right I travel a lot and visit a lot of Sonic sometimes three or four in one day to get a drink and I find that this one is the best of all! If you ask for the Jada discount they will treat you like royalty by the way

Waited more than 10 minutes after I pushed the red button to be served and nobody came. They were watching through the window that I was the only one waiting. Waste of time

Stopped while traveling through town. The food was fresh and hot and the service was great. The only issue I had was the onions seemed to be old they had an off taste.

The Sonic in Muenster is the best one in this area. The carhops are great, and the food is good. I get breakfast there often.

DO NOT use your gift cards at this location. The workers take extra money from them. Yesterday in the mail I received a sonic gift card I redeemed from Wells Fargo points with $34 on it. I checked the balance to make sure it had $34 on it before using it and it did. Today I went to this sonic and my order total was $5.60 and I gave them my gift card to pay for it. It took them longer than usual to bring my gift card back. When I got it back, it said that my ending balance was $23.40, not $28.40. I pressed the button and mentioned the problem and the general manager came out to discuss but she said there was nothing she could do. Unbelievable. It is unacceptable as an employee to steal customer’s money from their gift cards.

The servers were super quick and friendly, we even ordered twice while still at our stall and both orders were correct. We didn't have an issue until pulling off to find that the food was lukewarm and fried in oil that should have been changed weeks ago. Tots tasted like they had been sitting in a rusty bucket and then reheated twice, they were literally CHEWY.
