food is not really German. they have some German things, but you can tell from the menu that they cater to small town home cooking. although I did like their white colored sausage. technically, it's not a knock wurst (reason for me calling it white sausage). but it is still good.
We were in Muenster, Tx for the Octoberfest and my husband and I were hungry. We stopped here for breakfast. When we first entered we were greeted with friendly faces. The food was served fast and it was very tasty. The sausage patties were the star of the plate. It was seasoned very well. I would go back to the spot every time I go to or through Muenster, Tx. Thank you.

We both had the jager schnitzel (pork cutlet with mushroom gravy). The bread crumb crust on the cutlet was crisp (not soggy as many we have had are) and hot. It obviously got to our table very soon after coming off the griddle.
