I have been going to Subways across America for quite a few years and I have never been disappointed. The service is the best. The one that I’m reviewing right now had the kindest girl I have ever met. Her name was Lily, and she was soooo kind! Three cheers for Lily! ??
Vegetarian options: Plenty of veggies! :)
Parking: The parking area is mainly devoted to a gas refill area. The Subway is a mix of a gas station and restaurant. It’s also right beside an alcohol store.
Kid-friendliness: The staff are so welcoming! They are nice but not too nice, chatty but not too chatty. They are amazing and perfect for the kids!
Wheelchair accessibility: The people are so nice, they will hold the door for you, whether you’re young or aged, sick or healthy.

I used to never have an issue here and I'm a frequent regular but it's progressively gotten worse. The last few times I've ordered I've received sandwiches that are wet, soggy, missing specific paid for ingredients, and slapped together in what I can only describe as a violent fashion. And when returned back to the employee for correction, I'm only met with hostility.

As I walked up to purchase my mea,l was greeted with a solidly happy, "Good morning beautiful, what'll it be." From there, it only got better.My sandwich, the rotisserie chicken with toasted herb bread, green pepper, olives, Fresh, that's right, Fresh Mozzarella ?, and mayo. Delicious ?The store is clean as are the employees. This was probably the best Subway experience I have ever had.

RAEGAN is her name. I went in at 1:30pm on a Sunday. 3 high school aged kids were sitting behind the store counter. It seemed as 8f RAEGAN drew the short stick and had to make my order. She proceeded to throw the ingredients of my salad into the subway mixing bowl. I am a manager of a very well known restaurant and can spot shotty customer service skills a mile away. Maybe RAEGAN would benefit from more training. I come to this location quite often, and have always had mediocre customer service, but today's experience warrants a negative review. In a county as small as Montague with very little dining options I am disappointed that I have to drive out of town for this kind of treatment.

This is a great little place to stop and grab a subway on my way through this perfect little town! The girl that made my sandwich was named Raegan amd she was the best! So polite and helpful! She deserves a raise!

Medical Cities Denton, Subway was where I snagged a couple of sandwiches. Good portions of fresh meats, veggies and dressing. Employee was clean, attentive. Was the BEST Subway of many I have visited. Worth your time to try a visit and maybe get a sub for lunch the next day.
