Breakfast Restaurants in Muleshoe

“Driving all night - my hands wet on the wheel,
Need some nurishment to make my body more like steel.
For there is only one way to get past the US 84 West Texas monotonous reel...of strait line fever. Not complaining about the smooth asphalt road for I am just a truck driving toad...always longing for the bumpless road. So I stopped at Muleshoe Donuts, an abandon gas station refurbished to a donut diner and was pleasantly surprised by the service, donuts and my favorite, a hot fresh bacon, cheese, egg crossiant. A early AM road meal that can't be beat, renourished I headed out and placed the cruise control on repeat.....“
