“I ordered the #1. One taco and 1 enchilada, beef. They actually GAVE me a second enchilada! The taco had so much meat in it I almost didn't need an enchilada. Of course I ate the fastest enchilada I have ever had and my hubby ate the 2nd one after he polished off he plate of food. Great meal!”

For there is only one way to get past the US 84 West Texas monotonous reel...of strait line fever. Not complaining about the smooth asphalt road for I am just a truck driving toad...always longing for the bumpless road. So I stopped at Muleshoe Donuts, an abandon gas station refurbished to a donut diner and was pleasantly surprised by the service, donuts and my favorite, a hot fresh bacon, cheese, egg crossiant. A early AM road meal that can't be beat, renourished I headed out and placed the cruise control on repeat.....”

“They have a drive thru! I got the al pastor plate and it was excellent. Rice was cooked PERFECTLY, beans were very different from typical brown beans and were in a broth, very very good.”
