Always clean when we stop in. Friendly staff amd always decorated for something fun! Supportive of the local community. Never had an issue, food has always been great, usually fast.

McDonald's in Muleshoe offers good food and friendly service. The staff is welcoming and tries to make customers happy, though there are occasional order mix-ups. One customer was surprised to find that their burger was missing cheese, pickles, and condiments, but still enjoyed it plain. Another reviewer mentioned long waits at the register and for drinks, with some customers feeling frustrated. Despite these issues, the location is still recommended for a positive dining experience, especially with employees like Juan who are described as sweet and full of energy. Customers also noted that napkins and ketchup are not always readily provided unless asked.
