I didn't have the chance to have coffee there. They were closed at 9:30 p.m. The sign on the door says they are open on Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. They were not open. 2 stars are for the wrong advertisement.

Don’t take a risk, unless you call, since they may not be open! Traveling through Muleshoe and was so excited to try their coffee and cinnamon rolll, but closed on a Monday at 10 AM. Their sign says am-pm!

Was in Muleshoe for work, stopped by Red Cardinal Coffee and had one of their iced coffees - it was fantastic! Will definitely be making this one of my "go-to" spots in Muleshoe when I am out that way.

The owner told my boyfriend and I that this place was a passion project- a dream his wife always had. It’s marvelous. Our litmus test for a coffee shop is always a plain hot latte so we can taste the flavor of the espresso beans. We’re from the east coast, where you can’t throw a stone without hitting an amazing coffee shop. This place could stand toe to toe with any of them.

The staff is extremely kind and understanding. There’s great communication between the servers and customers and the chai latte is amazing - even the spiced cardinal! The bagels !!! And most importantly their coffee cake is awesome!
