We always stop at this location when we travel from Clovis, NM to Lubbock, TX for medical but No More! The food tastes so bad today. 11/04/2026. Our bill was $10.48. We paid cash and she did not give us the receipt. The grease that they fried the food in tastes like it hasn’t been changed and the cheese on the grilled cheese tastes rotten.

As with most corporate entities, this one continues to go downhill as they can't afford to put brownie bites in their iced creams, only meager crumbs. Consistent quality issues at the establishments as they cut corners.

I ordered large tator tots with cheese. We received 12 tator tots with a quarter slice of cheese. We were charged $1 for cheese sauce for our pretzel. What an actual joke this location is. Avoid it and go to Clovis where you’ll receive what you pay for.

I am literally in a stall right now have been waiting 20min and still haven't been waited on. They aren't even busy at all. So I ordered from the app. let's see how long it takes to get our order? All I can say is this is ridiculous! Do they not have a manager? Even short staffed it shouldn't take this long.
