Nice staff and good drinks
I ordered a mocha frappe, but they served me a caramel one instead. When I pointed out the mistake, the manager was rude and insisted that I had confirmed the order. In reality, the staff member only repeated the size, not the drink itself. Despite explaining this, they refused to correct the order and left the wrong drink with me, essentially forcing me to take something I didn’t ask for. Very disappointing experience—poor customer service and lack of accountability.
Amazing staff great service and awesome Green Tea. Me and my Wife get tea all the time from this place and it never gets old.
