It's always good service, very polite too. Except on this last time 2-5-2025 3:58 p.m they were super super slow,I ordered 2 bean burritos with NO ONIONS, repeated my self to her again and she repeated the order back correctly.Took them about 5min to give me the 2 burritos, and when she gave me the burritos she repeated CORRECTLY my order.When we got home gave my son a burrito FULL of ONIONS.I looked at the other burrito same thing full of onions.Just put them in Refrigerator.I...

This used to be my goto taco bell place but lately very disappointing. Services is not that great. I will suggest to check your orders as it were missing items for us multiple times.

When I walked in not one employee even acknowledged me. They were working so that's okay but saying hi just seems the nice thing to do. I was here for several min. Then Ms Shawnte came around the corner and soon as she seen me she was so pleasant and sweet. I can't say enough nice things about her. I am soaking wet and freezing it's been a really hard day, and thank you Ms Shawnte for making my day better. God Bless
