12/16/24: Stopped by to pick up a late lunch to go and met Zack. He was friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable of the menu. By the time I filled my drinks and put them in my car, Zack met me at the door as I was going back inside. My order was accurate and the food was hot. I'm grateful for Zack for his great customer service demeanor. He made me feel like a valued customer. The bathrooms were clean, and there was plenty of parking outside.
Fast service, and beautiful clean inside. There is soft seating and a lot of of it. There’s even a fireplace that I assume is fake, but I also think that they would turn it on when it’s colder during the winter
I live in West Plano and was visiting my family in Murphy. I stopped in to get some food. First off this Wendy's was clean and had a really beautiful atmosphere. The ladies working there were friendly and really fast at taking my order and preparing my food. Great job...thank you so much!
