ASM Prepped Meals are such a life saver for me & they make it sooooo easy to stick to my diet...your hungry and wanting food 5 min ago, but you still need to make your kids something to eat too??!! EASY; just pop a ASM meal in the microwave and BOOM you have a delicious HEALTHY homemade meal without all the preservatives from store bought frozen meals.
Love the food! Perfect for me since I don't like cooking for one. Plus they are a lot better than living on fast food. Angela is great too. Bottom line, I give the food and service a big A+.

I walked in to the restaurant just after closing time (due to covid). The owner kindly greeted me and happily answered all my questions in preparation of bringing my diabetic child.. AND THEN she explained that she actually makes and packages low carb meals! She even sent us home with a sample (bacon wrapped chicken with green beans), which my 12yr old type 1 LOVED!!! THANK YOU ANGELA for an AMAZING first impression. We will definitely be back!
