Went here the other day for a pick me up milkshakes, really nice lady complete sweetheart and ice cream came out good! Love baskin Robbins and dunkin donuts! They also make coffee really fast over there too great joint!

Not open until 9. We walked there and every chair was put up at 8pm. Guy was sitting there on a table staring at his phone . He looked up and never acknowledged us and just stared at his phone. Wow wish I could get paid to sit and play with my phone at work.

If just a cup of ice cream is all you can sell.... then don't have a menu full of items. No dipped cone bowls as chocolate machine not working. Waffle cones are old so I would not want them. No cookies for the sandwich. So....no add on sales for yall... just a small cup of ice cream it is.

I ordered a cookie pizza online for a birthday dinner the same night. I arrived for pick up and the staff member said they didn’t make that product. The website asked for a phone number, they should have called to let me know they didn’t make that product before hand. Now I had 30 minutes before the birthday dinner to produce an ice cream cake. It didn’t happen. The staff was nice about it and offered a free drink or to let me have the one already made cake in the freezer which was 15% off and not a flavor that I child likes. A not liked flavor and a cake that was close to the expiration date, no thank you. My family really likes Baskin Robbins, but no more. Call before you order to make sure they even carry what you order and is shown online.

First the waffle cone was stale mine and my friends and second in the other cup that is two adult scoops! I did not noticed all of this until we got home. ALSO AVOID GETTIG COFFEE HERE absolutely disgusting. and went back for a re do and since it is just young kids where they could care less.

I ordered an ice cream cake online and received a confirmation email. When I came to pick it up they didn't have it. The girl at the counter called someone and when she got off the phone call informed me they had "not gotten the ticket" and could make it Tuesday or Wednesday (this was Sunday and a BIRTHDAY CAKE). When I said that obviously wouldn't work she said she'd give me a refund but honestly wasn't apologetic at all. I will never go back to this place and encourage others not to.

They made the best Sonic ice cream cake for my sons birthday. Their cake decorator was fantastic and they went way above and beyond!
Every time my family or I go it seems like a ton of stuff is out of stock.
The people are friendly and helpful, the food and drinks are yummy, and the hot water in the bathroom sink comes out instantly. Couldn't ask for more.
