Oh. My. Word. I must start with this. I am not a cake person and I’m definitely not an icing person. But this past Saturday that all changed when I had a piece of one of this bakery’s cakes at my first grandson’s baby shower! I ate the icing and all! And brought home the bottom layer! Incredible. Worth the cost in looks and in taste! I would give this place 10 stars if that were a possible rating. Wow. Cannot say enough good things about them!

They also squeezed me, I came in with less than a weeks notice and they were able to squeeze me in despite their holiday schedule. Thank you so much my Officers loved them!

We used Blue Horse Bakery to make our wedding cake. Communication was a bit of a struggle initially, but once we physically went into their shop and spoke to someone everything was fine. The cake was absolutely gorgeous and tasted even better than it looked. I will definitely be using them for all my cake needs in the future.

Wanted to give a HUGE shout out to Blue Horse Bakery in Nacogdoches. They made the cake for my son's baptism and it was by far the best cake I have ever had. Plus, it looked so beautiful we were wary of even cutting into it!! As if it couldn't get any better, the owner herself delivered it to our door and we had a lovely chat with her. That's the kind of hospitality and exceptional service you get when you choose our hometown small businesses. Thank you so much Blue Horse Bakery!! We are getting our cakes exclusively from them starting now ❤

Loved the Red Velvet Cupcakes, I had 2 the Red Velvet Cookies on top are A plus. The only problem now is I’m going to have to break myself from going there specifically for the Cupcakes lol.?
Customer service was not great, it took me awhile to get my order placed...got a lot of "we'll call you back's" (they didn't) and unanswered emails. I was told they were swamped with weddings and other events, which is understandable, but in that case they could have just told me they didn't have time to make my cake. Finally got my order placed and was told I could pick it up at 11:00. Come to find out they didn't even open until 12; luckily someone was there so we were able to knock on the door and get in to pick up our cake. They acted a little put out about it, but coming at noon wouldn't have been an issue at all but I was never told they wouldn't be open at 11. After all of that, I am happy to say the cake was delicious and was very pretty. I have ordered from them before and had great customer service so I was a little surprised at the lack of response and help this time around.
