We stopped and ate here after a tour of SFA, and all we can say is that this is the best barbecue that we have ever eaten! Everything was absolute perfection! I cannot write much more because then it only reminds me that eating this amazing barbecue is only now a memory.

Nice little bbq joint. Had a brisket and sausage sandwich. The brisket was very tender and the sausage had a nice “loose” homemade texture. Took a pound of ribs to go and they were some of the best I have ever had. Little pricey but good.

Best bbq in NAC!!! I got the loaded spud with sweet sauce and it was amazing!!! The corn is so delicious!!!! It was the birthday today of the restaurant and the carrot cake was phenomenal. Highly recommend!!! PEOPLE they made top 50 in texas for a reason!!!

Came over the 5th birthday celebration. The food has always been good, but they have stepped it up and definitely earned that spot on the Texas Monthly Top 50 BBQ joints. The dinosaur ribs were amazing, great flavor and super tender. Brisket boudin was the best I have ever had. It’s a great place and it’s great to see someone who puts God and his family first succeeding.

I came in at a really hectic time during the 5 year birthday bash and ordered 2 Dino rib plates, 6 spicy boudin, and 2 sides for each plate. My total came out to 130.54 and unfortunately I took it all to go and got home to no boudin. The dino ribs were amazing as well as the Mac and cheese. I just really wish I would have gotten everything I paid for at such a high price. However there's a line wrapping the building so getting back in once I left wasn't really an option either.
The food was great though and everyone was very nice even amidst their busiest day. Definitely deserve to be celebrating 🍾

Missing one star because i felt the meat plate that i got was a bit over priced. And there was no menu for a meat plate. Its not something they normally do, i say that because its not on their menu.
But wow, was it good👍👍 Best bbq in nac and maybe even east tex.

If you're a transplant from NC and missing your former home... you have GOT to try this place. THE BEST Carolina style bbq sauce...and the sweet version is awesome, too! Get you the GareBear and a side of jalepeno corn... you won't regret it!

My wife and I got the Chopped beef on a baked potato. I watched the guy cut the fatty end of the brisket for our potatoes. There was extra fat on the fatty end. It was terrible. I probably won't go back if that's the best they can do. Very disappointed!
