Im never ever going to come back. First time I went this 18 year old waitress was horrible and rude. I remember they ran out of ranch. Its a wing spot how are you out of ranch? They need to replace the manager and waitresses. Disgusting behaviors and I already told my friends and family not to come here. This place doesn't have their act together. The nice thing I can say is the food is good. Do better.

Just wanted to give a shout out to my local BWW! Love that I can go in there and they know me by name. Brianna the manager has really been a great addition to that location. She always has a smile. My favorite server is Owen. He’s always in a good mood and his service is awesome. Food was fresh and tasted great…as always. Looking forward to our next visit. 😎

Everything was great except my waiter Staci. She was very rude, as she didn't check on our table ONCE. We waited patiently for her to come but she never did. Made my experience horrible.

This is sad 🤣Waited 25 minutes for my food and received an over cooked beef and my tots were supposed to be shake in seasoning but I guess they don't feel like it as well.

Discriminated, Criminally Trespassed, and Kicked Out for No Reason – Very Disappointing Experience
PS: Shout out to all the good managers — Grant, Lisa, Taylor, and Dee — you all are awesome.
About two weeks ago, I visited this Buffalo Wild Wings with a friend to relax and have a drink. I’m a former employee who gave my full time, effort, and energy to this place. I was a strong asset to the team, and many of the managers knew how hard I worked.
Before I even got my food, the new General Manager and Assistant GM approached me and told me I had to leave. When I asked why, they said there was a complaint — but couldn’t even tell me what the complaint was. The GM literally said he didn’t know. Then they criminally trespassed me from the property — all without giving any valid reason or explanation. How do you kick out a respectful, paying customer without cause?
It honestly felt like I was being targeted and discriminated against, possibly due to my race. I stayed calm and respectful, but I was treated like I didn’t belong.
Thankfully, I reached out to someone higher up and explained what happened. They acknowledged the situation was wrong and lifted the ban, allowing me to return. I appreciate that, but the way I was treated by this new management team was humiliating and deeply upsetting.
What hurts most is that managers like Taylor, Dee, Grant, and Lisa were always professional, kind, and chill with me. They saw my value when I worked there and treated me with respect. It’s sad to see how quickly the environment has changed under the new leadership.
Buffalo Wild Wings needs to retrain their management on how to treat people — especially those who gave so much of themselves to this place.
Thank you for welcoming me back — but this was still a horrible and unfair experience.

Unfortunately, my experience at this restaurant was really disappointing. We waited over an hour for our food, and when it finally arrived, it was cold and tough to chew—definitely not fresh. Even worse, people in our group found hair in their meals, which was incredibly off-putting. We had hoped for a much better dining experience and sadly didn’t get it.

Didn't like the wings, but the carrots and celery were fresh. Customer service in takeout pickup was awesome.

We came here for the UFC fight. Our server was Claire she was awesome super attentive, timely, hardworking, nice, and knowledgeable. Food was good. However Dicy, the manager, especially was horrible to the staff and customers. She caused an unnecessary and noticeable tension in the room. Many staff were trying to seat guests but were rudely interrupted by Dicy. Dicy was turning away business, talking poorly to her staff, and had no manners or respect for the customer. Her attitude was farthest from hospitable. Also to be a sports bar, they only let you have one-two drinks per hour depending on what you get and they fired the bartender for serving a third drink on the spot. Don’t think I’d be firing staff for such a dumb rule when you complain about being short staffed. Way more tables than people waiting, she at one point made the wait staff stop serving people in the restaurant drinks from the bar because “they were too busy”. Horrible management, Dicy especially.

I placed a to-go order through the Buffalo Wild Wings app, which gave me a specific pickup time. I arrived on time, only to find several other people also waiting… and waiting… and waiting. No one from the staff acknowledged us or gave updates. We stood around for over 40 minutes past the promised time, with zero communication.
This isn’t just a one time mistake, it’s a clear sign that mobile and takeout orders are not being managed or respected properly. If the app says a certain time, customers should be able to rely on that. At the very least, staff should check in and be honest if there’s a delay.
Buffalo Wild Wings really needs to get their act together. This level of disregard for customers is unacceptable. I won’t be ordering takeout from here again anytime soon.

I placed an order for pick-up through Doordash and received a notification indicating it was ready. Upon arriving, the order was not prepared. When I requested additional sauce from the employee, Breanna, her response was quite impolite and she seemed inattentive. Her demeanor did not improve the experience while I waited for my food. I kindly request that Breanna receive customer service training to better align with the standards of the BBW establishment.

Don’t eat there. Management is from hell (shoutout to Grant and Lisa 🫶🏻) and they treat their employees so bad. Also they drop food on the ground and still plate it :)

My wife and I had dinner there tonight. I have always enjoyed eating there. She ordered 6 pcs. Boneless, I had 10 pcs. Bone in. Our server was very polite and attentive. Our. Food order arrived at a much longer than nominal wait time. Both of our orders had enough sauce for 4 orders. The Bone in order was very over cooked , I only could eat part of 3.I mentioned it to our server who went to the manager (Taylor) to see what he could do for us. We were dismissed without being talk to and told that's how we cook them . I personally will never go back to this location.

I had been craving wings and finally convinced my wife—who didn’t even want to go—to come with me to Buffalo Wild Wings. Huge mistake. The food was fine, but the vibe in that place was awful.
Management was downright toxic. Our server, Fara, was doing everything she could to stay professional, but you could tell she was under serious pressure. The female manager was loudly chewing out staff at the drink station, and even worse—she was publicly scolding servers in the middle of the dining area for not greeting tables fast enough, after she was the one seating them. It was uncomfortable and embarrassing to witness.
I don’t know who trained this management team, but yelling at your staff in front of customers is not how you run a restaurant. It felt chaotic, unprofessional, and honestly, disrespectful—not just to the employees, but to the people dining there. We won’t be back, and if that’s how they treat their team, I hope others think twice too.
