The food is is great once you finally get it but this place needs a management change or something i dont know if they they run them off weekly or what but they cannot keep anybody there longer than a few days there is a new server every week and there is only one so shes so scattered out between all the tables and it takes for ever to get served and you will spend an hour and thirty minutes there to get 6 wings for lunch and super lucky if you can manage to get a refill...then you will be late coming back to work

Came in here during lunch this Sunday and saw more of one female server than our own. Our server spoke to us once and disappeared, leaving us with empty drinks for 30 minutes until a DIFFERENT server noticed and refilled them. To top it off, after waiting, our server finally appeared just to tell us he had forgotten to put the order in. The female server that filled our drinks continued to check on us along with our servers section AND her own. Props to her for her help, but she shouldn’t have had to step in. Do better, Colby.

I thought BWW was a “sports bar” why do I come and they have the CMT music awards on full blast and I ask if we can get the Astros and rangers game on and I get attitude from bartender
04/02/2024My family and friends came to Buffalo with me in Nacogdoches today for my birthday and it was by far the best experience I have ever had at a restaurant! GREAT service!!!! The staff was so kind. The managers were wonderful. If I could give more than five stars I would! Really great people up there! Thank you guys so much!!

The service is probably better at dinner time, I feel like the quality of food and service drops with the time ⏲️ as less people are present and the staff is minimal and ready to go home. My French fries were old/dry/ hard seemed like old fries that got a second chance in the fryer and the wings I ordered were all the smallest with only 1 drumstick vs what you'd probably get at dinner in lufkin so maybe it's just the one in Nacogdoches that's not up to par. Just look at my photo ?. But no complaints on the burger, that was very professional. Maybe just don't go there outside of rush hours when everything is more fresh and there is quality control.
