This was my worst dinner meal ever I ordered regular chicken sandwich it was Cold and hard Order small Fry it was Cold and real salty and 2 medium Onion Rings they were cold and hard This is second time this happened I like Burger King TILL Now

Recently drive thu is slow, new faces, question yu like they can't hear. Also drive thu has dangerous overhanging dead tree limbs at order spot. Needs attention or someone is going to get car damage when limbs fall, causing BK damage cost or law suit!
The location is receiving updated equipment and some remodeling. Promptly greeted and assisted with quick, friendly service. My food seemed delayed as I noticed people who ordered after me were getting their food. I went to the counter and they stated that sometimes the tickets dont print in the prep area. My order was assembled quickly and I enjoyed a nice breakfast. Other customers seemed to be regulars and were enjoying chatting with staff and each other. Thanks for the breakfast treat!

I'm usually impressed with the service I get with BK. They whip people through the drive thru in record time and are very friendly. BUT the last two times not good. Slow slow slow and extremely rude. If you don't like your job..Quit. Don't take it out on customers.
