The staff and restaurant were just fine, but the food was just terrible. The chicken sandwich was really bad, tasted like fish and not chicken. My wife and I both commented that we should have just stayed home and had a bologna sandwich!

As a truck driver I'm not usually picky. But the food i was served sucked. I ordered a Bacon n Swiss because they usually cooked to ordered. Mine was definitely not, fries were so salty, I soaked them in ketchup to be able to eat them. Jalapeño poppers were cold and disappointing. I sent these pictures of the sandwich to management at Carl's Jr. 1st thing pointed out was how old the chicken looked. Overall, Very disappointed

My brother is a veteran and came in to eat after eating and just sitting at the table due to the weather waiting on bus I was asked to leave the restaurant I could not sit out in the lobby. I think that was very unprofessional and especially when he serve for our country. I need someone to reach out to me concerning this matter.
